T-216 2 CHAIN KNOCKER

The T-216 2 CHAIN KNOCKER is used to make large holes in the ground for fence posts, and to remove stubborn fence posts. It has a bend handle that provides enlarged leverage and better control during operation.

The Ridge T-216 2” Chain Knocker is to be used to restore the correct positioning of the idler sprocket teeth on 1/2” and 3/8” pitch chains.

The T-216 chain knocker is designed for knocking off the drive links of the chain. The boom can be positioned to match the angle of the track and adjust for wear and tear. Sharpened angles allow you to knock off any worn chain quickly. The handles are made of plastic, not aluminum, for a better grip and less fatigue. This is the highest quality tool in our line designed specifically with the maintenance man in mind.

The T-216 Chain Knocker is designed with a heavy duty hardened steel socket welded to a 3/4-inch square bar and finished with black oxide for corrosion resistance. It is galvanized and heat treated for toughness and durability. The base of the knocker has a laser cut non-slip grip pad for safety. The bar is then secured using sturdy externally threaded fasteners that provide superior strength.

Hi-Cor, machined from high-grade tool steel, the new Ridge Chain Knocker is balanced for maximum leverage when you need to free a chain from the sprocket nose. The T-216 Chain Knocker features a longer handle than the advanced T-210 Knocker. Use it together with a 3/8" socket wrench on all 2-XL class 2-Chain machines and on most Poulan Pro 2 Chainsaws.

The T-216 Chain Knocker has a forged steel construction with a zinc dichromate finish. The chain knocker also features two mounting holes for a variety of mounting options.
