The RIDGID Model 458R Ratcheting Flaring Tool is precision-engineered to produce accurate 45° flares with minimum effort on aluminum, brass, hard copper, soft copper, and steel tubing. A hardened steel flaring cone uses an eccentric rotating action to deliver a smooth rolling motion for even metal flow and consistent, leak-free flares across eight tube sizes from 1/8" to 3/4".

The large feed screw handle turns easily for comfortable operation, while the ratcheting mechanism frees the handle automatically once the flare is complete — preventing over-flaring and saving time on the job.
