The Rotary 15461 Flat Idler Pulley replaces Exmark part number 116-2456. It fits Exmark Pioneer (99-09) & Quest (99-06) zero turning radius mowers. This is a composite, flat saucer style idler pulley that is sold individually. The idler pulley is used from the engine pulley to drive pumps.
