This 6" Retrofit Round Damper slides into the ducting of most existing air conditioning systems. The easy-to-install packaging lets you replace conventional damper with minimum hassle, in minutes, without cutting or drilling. The material is 22-gauge galvanized steel with a durable baked powder finish.

This retrofit round damper slides into an existing square hole for use in wood stoves, fireplaces, and furnace or boiler flues. It has a metal body with firebrick lining to withstand high temperatures and fits in a 6" (152 mm) square hole. Its airfoil-shaped design provides a convective draft while its damper ring reduces smoke absorption and heat loss.

The Honeywell RRD6 6" Retrofit Round Damper installs into AH series and propeller fans. With the RRD6 Retrofit Round Damper, it is safe to replace a pre-existing damper with a new one. This round damper comes with a bottom flange to make installation easier.

The RRD6 Retrofit Round Damper is designed for 6" round duct openings. The damper slides into the ductwork and holds securely with friction hinges. A friction retention feature allows the damper to be installed facing either way.
