3M High Performance Rubbing Compound Perfect-It II is a multipurpose abrasive compound developed for both scratch and defect removal by hand or rubbing block in the automotive service and restoration industries. It is also recommended for use in many other applications such as fabrication, metal finishing, and surface preparation of industrial parts.

PERFECT-IT II Rubbing Compound cuts through the toughest surface imperfections and rough spots in one step. It's a general-purpose, water soluble abrasive that you use after the final compound. This nonabrasive, synthetic abrasive compound leaves a smooth finish with less effort than before. Abrasive quality is balanced to prevent uncontrolled marring and remove only as much corundum as necessary to produce a fine finish. Perfect-It II also helps improve gloss stability, giving you even more value for your money.
