The mounting band is made of highly durable plastic. It locks to the motor mount with retaining screws.

This band is used for holding the mounting bracket to the motor.

The mounting band provides a flush surface for installation of the motor using the two screws supplied with the motor.

Our York band (part number S1-02623780000) provides "give" when the unit is compressed, giving you a smoother starting and stopping action. This band drives your motor.
