The Variable 1 Grv Sheave 7/8" Bore from York Control Products & Systems, Inc. is a gravity driven, constant ratio sheave. It features a stainless steel construction and will precisely transmit power. This sheave comes in an assortment of thread types and can operate at speeds up to 7200 RPM.

The Variable 1 series sheave is constructed of cast iron with a cast iron bearing. The sheave features cast iron sleeves to support the variable pitch groove. The grove pitch changes with the number of grooves. They are characterized by having fewer grooves than normal sheaves, but permitting greater pitch variations.
