SEQUENCER-STAGE MODULE
The SEQUENCER-STAGE MODULE is an extension module that can be added to modules containing PRODUCT LINK® capability. This module provides enhanced control of the stage through the physical interface. The SEQUENCER-STAGE MODULE can be added to other modules containing PRODUCT LINK capability, including, but not limited to, 8875 Modular Electronic Sequencer, 8869 PRO4 Software, 8221 Modular Electronic Sequencer, 8222 Modular Electronic Sequencer Remote/Web Module , and 8225 MOD4 Web/Remote Software.
The Sequencer-Stage Module (SSM) is a high performance 11 pulse motor control, designed to replace up to eight obsolete or inefficient controllers. Applications include motor control using Three Phase Phase Locked Loop (PLL) technology; output switching; speed control; and single and multi-pulse coordinated switching and hold with site select and state-feedback adjustment. The SEQUENCER-STAGE MODULE is also programmable through encoder/decoder (remote control).
The Electronic Sequencer Stage Module is a standalone sequencer with eight stages that can be used for any combination of functions and logic, including: two-speed fan control, light/appliance control or security alarm monitoring. The Electronic Sequencer Stage Module provides a convenient and flexible alternative to expensive relays and circuit boards for rectangular and round duct systems and can control up to eight air outlets.
With the 8876 Modular Sequencer, you get the Sequencer Stage Modules that are easily configured to meet your application requirements. The sequencer stage modules are housed in an extruded aluminum enclosure which provides efficient heat sinking for all combinations of module power requirements. Each sequencer stage module contains state Ethernet communication interface, standard Ethernet communication interface, stage programming switch logic control circuit, 10 mA output drive capability with NPN or PNP transistor configurations, reverse Ethernet communication interface output for remote sensing applications, and terminal strip for external jumper connections.
Use this stage module to convert an SEQ-1 controller to a sequencer with groups of three stage modules, or use it as a stand-alone controller with a momentary switch.
The sequencer stage module is used in the control of stage lighting systems with interfaced control units. It can be used to control up to 144 units with remote input capabilities, in conjunction with the sequencer master, or sequence up to 48 units in multiples of 2 with or without remote input capabilities. It has a built-in memory that allows a momentary switch to override any part of a programmed sequence. Features include a chart record output to print actual status.
The Stage Module is a low voltage stage sequencing device for use with the Johnson Controls 8876 digital electronic sequencer. The module has 4 operational modes: Stand alone, with a timer, with a 24-hour clock, and remote sensor.
Three Stage Sequencer
CC-SAPM-A1 is a Stage Module for Information and Contact Devices. It is used as a relay, as per IEC60947-5-104 standard.
A modular electronic sequencer that offers flexibility in overcurrent and overload protection and monitoring and control of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, and systems.
The 8876 is a modular electronic sequencer that can be used as a standalone or as part of a larger project. The 8876 has 8 outputs and one input; each output can control 120V devices using standard SPST 24V X-10 compatible devices.
The Stage module is typically used in reheat applications where the sequence of holding, baking, pasteurizing, cooling, chiller cooling, or freezing must be programmed. It can also be used to control two ovens on separate sequences. The stage module requires a four wire connection. Fire alarm safety devices must be used on all unused outputs on Stage modules.
