Honeywell's Tridium 4-Second Lockout solidstate DSI control safely and reliably controls direct ignition gas ignitions. The control incorporates a high-voltage forward current limiting circuit and a solid state reverse current limiting circuit. The DSI control monitors ignition operation, will not operate the ignition unless it is firing properly, and lockout the ignition if the current exceeds 3/10 of an amp. This is true four second lockout.

The 2784 spark module is an ignition module control with 4 second lockout and ignition delay providing up to 3000 V at 0.4 mJ per spark for generally under 10 ms and 2890 V (2000-2500 V) per spark for 12 ms or longer. It has a universal peak current of 5A and continuous current of 2A, firing range of 20 kV to 50 kV minimum rising quickly to 40 V.
