GROEN'S Safety Valve will deliver 25 PSI on demand, without a tank, pump, or hoses. Developed to replace traditional tanks in an effort to eliminate the hazard from hazardous material contained in them. This can be installed between the hydraulic circuit and the tool to render it safe. This product is for old or new tools, and no hazardous quantities of any materials need be stored on site. It is primed from any source of air and delivers 25 PSI at a time.

The F12453 is a 12-inch Safety Valve for use with all GROEN Shower Enclosures. It features a Cam and Groove Lock. It is recommended that a "Y" connector or other isolation device be used to isolate the diverter spout from sources of contamination, such as gypsum board or any other wet surface, and to direct water flow away from the product, preventing water from dripping into the air chamber.

The GROEN F12453 Safety Valve is suitable for any toilet, sink, tub, or other plumbing which has a 25 PSI (1.7 BAR) maximum water pressure. This valve can save you from having to replace your entire faucet or fixture because of broken or worn diaphragms within the unit. The OEM braded flexible hose ensures that you will have many years of use from this accessory

The F12453 is both the primary pressure relief and safety device. The device is a relief valve that releases in case of excessive back pressure or over-pressure. When excessive back pressure exists, the condition can cause a hazardous operating condition. The Safety Valve will relieve excess pressure by allowing steam to flow to atmosphere to avoid an unsafe operation.

Safety valve on faucet keeps you from scalding. If water temperature gets too hot, the safety valve will turn off water flow until temperature is back to normal range.

Compatible with most gas water heaters. The safety valve provides maintenance free operation and includes a 10' long 3/8" O.D blank copper line.
