The TS11K Safety Valve has been designed for use on all Vulcan Blast Furnaces, Steel Mills, and Induction Furnaces.

The safety valve is a direct replacement part for the Vulcan TS11K grill, and it will extend the life of your grill by preventing dangerous damage to the main burner.

The cast-iron safety valves are factory installed on all of the Vulcan Wood firebox models. The safety valve senses pressure that is greater than normal and releases gas to slow the fire and prevent damage. MOUNTING: This valve can be easily removed for repair or replacement and can then be cleaned, painted, and replaced in the same position. If paint is stripped off while cleaning, the valve may not seal properly when reinstalled. For you safety it is important that you follow these installation instructions carefully.

This safety valve is designed for the Vulcan Professional and Imperial series of gas water heaters.

The engine control systems used in some Vanguard engines (within the last 7 years or so) use an electronically controlled safety valve (end expander) to adjust steam pressure to the cylinder. Certain engines can leak exhaust gas through holes in the exhaust pipe or around the cylinder walls, and this valve maintains a constant internal cylinder pressure to prevent such leakage.
