The Schlage B81 Series is a cylinder deadbolt with the keyless convenience of the turn collar. The Schlage B81-716 model features an aged bronze finish and accepts both a round sideplate or a square backplate. It also features an adjustable latch, so you can fit it on doors ranging in thickness from 1-3/8" to 1-3/4".

The Schlage B81 Series Deadbolt is a single-sided deadbolt with thumbturn in an aged bronze finish. Featuring an automatically locking latch bolt, the B81 deadbolt can be installed into a variety of applications including residential and commercial doors. The 1-9/16" backset is ideal for installation into both standard and fire rated doors.

Schlage The Schlage B81 single-sided deadbolt is a pin tumbler door lock which uses a thumbturn to operate the bolt. This deadbolt features an aged bronze finish, and a brushed nickel outside trim plate. It features Schlage's SmartKey re-key technology allowing you to use a new key in seconds without removing the lock from your door. The B81 is ADA compliant and accepts Schlage's 1-3/8" (35 mm) backset keys and knobs with standard mortise cylinder. The exterior side of the door has an adjustable latch for use on wood or metal doors.

It features Schlage's Patented Auto Lock features, which means the locking bolt will automatically re-lock when released. This lock has a Lifetime Mechanical and Finish warranty at time of registration, but does not include emergency key override service or lost key replacement, which can be purchased separately from Schlage.
