The SY9038NH1 is a 2Pole Float Switch Alternator, NEMA 1, Contacts Close on Rise with 9038AG1 Square D 9038 Open Tank Mechanical Alternator.

Afloat switch is designed for installation inside tanks where the liquid level can rise to any position. It is automatically controlled by float. The contacts on the float extension coil are normally open. When the float rises to its full height or 1/2" extra, it exerts a force on the switch lever that causes it to rotate 90° and make contact with the lower set of contacts which completes the circuit. With this type of switching arrangement, it is necessary to arrange for automatic resetting after each trip.

The Schneider Electric 9038AG1 Square D 9038 Open Tank Mechanical Alternator is an industrial grade 2 pole group 1 alternator that features contacts closed on rise with a 50/60 cycle. The 9038AG1 has a loose phase wire, flange lugs, and a 4 wire power connection. The alternator is capable of producing 15-15.5 amps of continuous 60 cycle current and can produce up to 25 amps for 15 seconds.
