Schneider Electric LRD32 OVERLOAD RELAY provides protection for motors and other equipment where welding, vacuum forming, or other processes cause excessive load fluctuations that can trip a standard overload. Available types include Class B, 1 HP (H1C), H2C (2 HP), H3C (3 HP), H4C (4 HP), HSC (5 HP), HSQC (5HP).
The Schneider Electric LRD32 OVERLOAD RELAY protects motor loads from over-current or over-voltage conditions. This relay employs a Solid State Electronic, Electromechanical, Trip-free mechanism to protect motor loads. With robust overload protection, the LRD32 OVERLOAD RELAY withstands normal on/off cycling loads with minimal wear and stress.
The LRD32 Overload Relay has a rated current of 32A with a thermal/magnetic protection capacity of 3600A. The durable polycarbonate housing is resistant to operating temperatures between -40 and +122°F and is chemical resistant to lead, sodium, metals, oils, grease, and many cutting fluids. The Overload Relay includes illuminated circuit breakers for both the field and control circuits that can be set to trip at 25% -100% of the set value providing an optional safety circuit breaker capability.
