The UltraFryer F13075 is designed to hold a disposable, 15" x 15" filter assembly (SCREEN,FILTER). The filters are located as follows: one on the back wall near the top, and one on the side of the fry basket that sits on the pan. They can be easily accessed.

F13075 7 1/2" X 9 1/2" EAF SCREEN, FILTER 13 1/4" X 16 3/8" EAF.

Screen filters out grease and other particles, keeping oil fresh and extending motor life.

Custom-built for the F13075 ULTRAFRYER, this 15" x 15" filter screen is easy to install in place of the stock filter/diffuser that comes with your fryer. This F13075 stainless steel perforated filter allows oil vapors to escape, but not particulates, so that you can keep the internal components of your fryer clean and running efficiently.

The UltraFryer Filter Assembly includes everything you need to make tasty fried foods at home. It includes a 15" x 15" non-stick screen with a gray filter. This versatile filtration system drains away excess oil from your frying pan and limits the amount of food that will stick to it during cooking. To clean, simply wash in cold water and air dry.
