Our three-piece 23 Century Whip Antenna is constructed of a 92 mm 3/4 wave center section and 92 mm 1/2 wave tip sections. The center and tip are both swept back to reduce wind resistance and improve signal strength. The base is made of chrome-plated brass to add durability, yet the center section weighs only 7 oz.

The Shakespeare three piece 23mm whip antenna offers superior VHF/UHF reception. This 23 antenna is built from a heavy duty fiberglass filled polyester resin and features stainless steel hardware and insulators. The three piece construction provides the easy flexibility required when installing this antenna on limited clearances and the chrome plated brass whip ferrule helps reduce signal loss and extends the life of both the tip and center section.
