HECWFSG () Sheet Metal Thickness Gauge is used for sheet metal gauges or thickness, and the gauge pin can be changed according to different materials.

The HECWFSG is the only sheet metal thickness gauge with an easy to read, large digits, LCD digital display and electronic gaging (based on inch resolution only).

Just as the name says this is a sheet metal thickness gauge that will measure from 3mm to 8mm in one tenth of a millimeter increments. It is designed to be used with hard material such as aluminum, stainless steel, titanium or almost any hardened metal. The thickness gauge has a magnetic backing to hold on to your work piece and a reading surface made out of non-glare white plastic.

Quickly and accurately determine the thickness of sheet metal with the Fab® HEC-WFSG Thickness Gauge. This gauge is made up of two round, stainless steel disks that are attached to a rigid yet flexible plastic frame. When a sharp edge is inserted between the disks, they separate as far as there is material between them. A screw allows for easy adjustment of the disk separation, which sets the thickness range of the gauge from .126" to .375". The HEC-WFSG can determine if sheet metal conforms to standards such as ANSI B40.1, JAMCA M

This gauge will determine the thickness of thin sheet metal. There are two measuring ranges: 0-400 µin (0-10 mm) and 0-600 µin (0-15 mm). There is one measuring head with a .029 in (.7 mm) blade on it. The gauge also comes with 2 replacement blades, 1 disk for adjusting the zero, and an instruction manual.
