This item is a welding kit. The Weldment P2 is manufactured in compliance with MIL-F-5650 requirements for use on all Ultrafryers. The finished product assembled per the directions below will be installed between the carbon electrode and shield and will reduce the potency of the weld flash. Properly installed it will limit surface flash to 1/8"? on semi-rough or better plate. Shielding weldment for P2 Piping

Ultratech Ultrafryer model F12507 Weldment P2 18 & 2 Shield Kit  is a weldment that includes the shield flange, handle block, and post for an optional hood. The Ultratech weldment is designed to attach to an IBR approved 3 PI water-heater vessel.

The Ultra Fryer F12507 Weldment P2 18" and 2 Shield Kit is manufactured in China.

This weldment is made of hardened steel and is meant to protect the wiring and components inside the UltraFryer from frying oil. This includes the following parts: (1) bottom shield plate, (2) side shields, (3) top shield plate

Add extra burners for greater cooking capacity with this weldment kit from Ultrafryer. The stainless steel, welded panels can be bolted directly to the Original and Ultra units increasing the available cooking surface to 337 square inches. Each panel measures 18 inches wide by 12 1/2 inches deep, and is secured to each side of the base infrared broiler with specially designed brackets. Other accessories shown in image are not included.
