The Regal flush valve is designed for commercial use. This valve features easy to use style keys that decrease likelihood of cross threading and lock after adjustment. These keys are color-coded with a plastic guard to identify each size of pipe. These are used primarily on brass commercial faucets, but can also be used on stainless steel applications. The seal is made out of a high grade NBR material. This is an ascetically pleasing style that can be used in any decor it complements the style of the product it goes inside of and makes it appear seamless. The minimum operating pressure rating for this product is 80 psi
