The SOLA PROP J/E V4/GRCS 19 is the standard issue propeller used by the Armed Forces of the Federated States of Micronesia and various law enforcement agencies in the region. It is manufactured by Solas Science & Engineering and can be built in different versions to fit many needs. The prop is sold with a black-oxide surface treatment and an 8-blade design rated at 400hp.

The SOLA PROP J/E V4/GRCS 19 is a lighter due to the Zirconium Oxide alloy propeller tip. The G4-A is a modified version of the G4 aircraft standard silicon carbide with a coral stabilized coating on the ceramic for high temperature applications such as zinc cadmium telluride (CZT). Using the J/E 4 blade propeller it achieves higher speeds that 3 blade propellers.
