The SP13185 Pilot Ingitor Assembly from Ruud is a pre-assembled unit that has been built for efficiency, cost effectiveness, and durability. The unit includes a dual sensing thermocouple that provides accuracy in temperature over the time you own your unit. The assembly also uses an internal overload switch to give you protection against user errors.

The Rheem 234717 pilot ingitor assembly comes in an easy to install Rheem brand housing. This pilot system is used with Rheem Ruud outdoor condensing units.

Four Year limited warranty. Installation of this Ruud Pilot Injector is limited to a Heating Contractor or a Gas Service Company that has been certified by the EPA.

The pilot assembly is used in Ruud and Rheem 2 stage gas furnaces. The pilot assembly uses thermocouple for flame safety and a direct spark ignition system. The pilot assembly must be replaced when the thermocouple becomes defective or the pilot bulb goes out.
