1-1/2 T TEE S40 PVC

The Spear's 405-015 PVC Schedule 40 1-1/2 T Tee features a corrosion resistant design. It is designed for use in interior or exterior applications such as connecting water lines and venting systems. The T-style tee features two male and one female threaded end connections that make elimination of odors, fumes, moisture and insects easy. All pipe and fittings used with chlorinated hydrocarbons must be made of chlorinated hydrocarbon resistant PVC to prevent damage to the system.

This 1½" Schedule 40 PVC tee is designed and manufactured for use with S40. Use this part for plumbing applications that require a 1½" female NPT and male sizes ¾", 1", or 1-1/2" slip. This polyvinyl chloride (PVC) tee is designed for use in potable water applications where it will be installed outdoors. It has been tested and approved by National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) as meeting all applicable requirements of NSF Standard 61 for materials suitable for drinking water systems.

The PVC schedule 40 1-1/2" tee has a polypropylene insert. It is suitable for use as a tee fitting where branch connections need to be made to horizontal pipes in drain, waste and vent (DWV) systems. It is compatible with solvent cements used with PVC DWV pipe and fittings.

The S40 Tee is commonly used in small diameter irrigation and drain. It has good flexibility for system lay-in installation.

Each wedge-shaped profile is 1.5 inches wide and has a maximum pressure of 125 psi at 70F. They are made of PVC S40 with an inside diameter of 9/16 inch and an outside diameter of 1.5 inch.
