Conley’s Spears 857-C Series CPVC Pipe Fitting, Union with Viton O-Ring, Schedule 80, 2" Socket is part of our Spears standard line of CPVC fittings. These fittings are supplied in white for color coding.

The 857-CPVC Fitting is a UNION with a Viton® O-Ring and is designed for the connection of CPVC tubing. The fitting shall be used as indicated in ANSI B36.10M - 2000 and ANSI B36.19M - 2001.

The Spears 857-C Series CPVC Pipe Fitting, Union with Viton O-Ring, Schedule 80, 2" Socket is designed for use with 2" SCHS CPVC piping. The pipe fitting is compatible with all CPVC pipe materials and may be used in commercial and residential applications. The pipe fitting is constructed from seamless virgin PVC and may be used in potable water systems.

The 857-C Series CPVC Pipe Fitting, Union with Viton O-Ring, Schedule 80, 2" Socket from Spears is excellent for gas lines. This fitting has a socket x socket connection and the maximum temperature is 140 degree F. It is made of CPVC and has an operating pressure of 150 psi at 73 degrees F. The maximum turn of this fitting is 360 degrees and comes in white color.
