The Spirax-Sarco 55224 (1"" NPT 25 Main Valve) is designed for use with hot water heating systems that require a 2-piece ball. This product features automatic adjusters and a double poppet design with a spring unit. It is brass construction and comes in a gray finish.

The Spirax-Sarco 55224 is a 1? NPT 25 main valve for chemical handling applications. The valve includes a stainless steel body, a 1/2-14 NPT duplex stainless steel bonnet and Type 304 series stainless steel seats and gaskets. Also included is an adjustable inlet flow restrictor to partially close off the inlet when necessary.
