The 3" Inlet Strainer was designed to add flexibility and ease of use to the SPC series faucets. The duplex gasket design allows for quick and easy removal in tight spaces while being able to hold a secure seal when under pressure.

Our 183002 3 inch Inlet Strainer is the choice for industries that do not allow debris to enter into their filtering and separation equipment. The 183002 3 inch Inlet Strainer has all of the same features as other strainers, such as:

Sporlan 183002 3 inch inlet strainer. Replacement inlet strainer for most Sporlan standpipe throttling valves. Use to prevent items from clogging valve and causing loss of product. This strainer is designed to fit on 3" pipe and is for use on Sporlan Model 415, plus 200 series C-series, V-series, GX-series and Mod SA® series valves.

The Watts 183002 Strainer is specially designed for the 3" circular inlet control valve and features two stainless steel, vertical screens that effectively capture small particles. The unit has two 1/4" female pipe threads units at one end and a 1/2" female threaded plug complete with O-ring at the other end.

Our Inlet Strainers are used to protect motors from damage caused by water or debris. The strainer contains 1/4" x 20 threaded holes at 90 degree angles so that strainers may be bolted together.   These components are supplied with a 6-1/2 ft cord and NEMA 1-15P power connector. This assembly includes a cover plate and four hex head flat head screws for mounting the cover plate to the strainer body. The electrical connection is made via 18 AWG stranded copper conductor wire up to 5 ft in length with a 50 mil tinned copper jacket. Roto molded and fabricated

The 3" Strainer is a 2 part assembly that allows lint to collect in the detachable removable strainer and thus prevent balls from passing through the pump and going into the filter.

This unique design allows for faster installation and eliminates any leakage around the body of the strainer. The Strainer is designed to eliminate strain on strainers in your piping by isolating the strain to a single unit instead of using pipe strainers. This is accomplished by removing the check valve from the lower vessel body with raw water above the strainer.
