Our remote controlled safety kit is designed to respond to the presence of gas vapour above a predetermined level, and to activate your control unit as required. The gas spillage sensing kit operates from up to 20 metres away and will open @180 degrees CW causing the solenoid valve to open before the protection system can be affected by the spillage – protecting both you, your business and your property.

The Field Controls 1174 Gas Spillage Sensing Kit is an industry standard for gas detection. This can be used in a number of different commercial, industrial, and residential applications. It is NSF-5 listed for wet gas environment protection.

Gas-engineered for safety reset and leak continuation monitoring, engineered for reliability and ease of installation, designed for mounting in hazardous locations, and intended for use in the control of a safety valve to  prevent liquefied gas from escaping into the downstream system.

The Field Controls 1174 1- MV/24V 46111501 Manual Reset Safety Kit is used to auto-close the main gas valve in the event of a gas spillage. It senses gas via a temperature sensor, and is connected in-line with the gas supply line. The manual reset is used to manually open the shut off valve in case of an emergency (at your discretion).

The Field Controls 1174 Gas Leakage Sensing Cap Assembly w/Manual Reset 1174 is a fast acting gas reduction cap with manual reset. The Field Controls cap reduces gas flows to below 20% leak rate. If there is still a gas leak after the safety control valve has reduced the flow to below 20%, the field-supplied safety reset button will immediately stop further flow of gas while releasing pressure in the line. This model includes installation instructions for use with an existing subbase instrument panel and service kit. The subbase includes all mechanical parts (wiring, manifold, etc.) needed to complete the system
