The Blower Motor is used for the second and third generation of the St. Croix brick ovens. It is an assembly consisting of a fan motor, as well as a blower wheel (both one end) and a blower motor housing (both other ends).

The blower motor is an internal fan that circulates forced air evenly around the convection heating element. It is controlled by a thermostat that allows air to pass through the blower housing when the temperature of the heating element drops below 200° and shuts off the blower when it reaches 500°.
