This expansion includes everything you need to add the powerful and enormous Dark Souls: Last Giant to your forces. This colossal Undead, a Lord of Cinder from the Age of Fire, was once a feared sorcerer in his time, but when he fell in battle, his soul was claimed by the First Flame. Now he has been reawakened into a new Age, twisted beyond all recognition.

Don't be fooled by their tree-like appearance – the giants of Dark Souls are inhumanly strong and use magic to supplement their combat abilities. Defeat them to earn valuable souls or use them in Dark Souls: The Board Game as powerful allies, able to assist you by adding dice to your pool; unlocking powerful synergies; and challenging enemies with an arsenal of attacks.

This expansion adds another enemy to the game, the Last Giant. The expansion also includes 3 new Action cards and 6 Battle cards, 6 Soul gems (3 Black, 3 White), 6 Reference Cards, 2 New Terrain Tiles and redesigned miniatures for all additional enemies in the game.

This is an expansion for Dark Souls™. It is not a standalone game. Requiring the core game to play, it adds new content to explore in Dark Souls™.

The Last Giant was a creature of tremendous power, created by the Old Iron King's will and imbued with the magics of Fire, Lightning, and Dark. It was slain by an unknown warrior long ago, and has been enshrined in a shrine since that time. The warriors of the world have always pushed forward in their never ending fight against the Darkness. If they have any hope of defeating this monstrosity, though, they will need to enlist the aid of something capable of putting faith in its place: a bonfire.
