It is perfect for use on helicopters with limited rotor clearance, or can be used with a muffler for helicopters using a down wash from the main rotor blades.

The PR375 is a portable electric landing gear that can lower to ground level using a manual crank operated by one person. It is self-contained and easily transported in the back of a sedan.

The PR375-LG1 is a light-duty electric landing gear designed for light aircraft manufactured by Stromberg Carlson, LLC. The PR375-LG1 offers Pivoting Strut Control, silencing feature, Integrated Landing Gear Control Unit with red LED lights, Extension Gap Control device, plus all the benefits of the Pivoting Strut Control design.

The new design allows for an increase in torque while still maintaining the same noise level of the original gear. The PR375-LG1 is a digitally solid state landing gear actuator designed for use on single engine aircraft requiring positive or nolock landing gear extension and retraction motions. The unit is capable of extending and retracting the main gear strut in 0.5 second (30 inch/second) times, or 3x faster than comparable pneumatic systems. It also extends and retracts the nose gear strut in 0.5 second (30 inch/second) times, and can be incorporated with a hydraulic isolation system for additional comfort and safety.

The PR375 landing gear is an economic solution for aircraft that require optional, temporary or permanent fixed gear. The gear is easily modified for fixed or retractable configurations with just the flip of a switch.
