The SUBURBAN DOOR ACCESS 4/6 GAL FLUSH BLK is a door access unit for permanent installation. This unit is intended for use with the following tank styles: FS4B, TREG and FST. The unit can be used as an automatic or manual fill system in addition to draining the sump water overflow, or manually refilling the sump water when necessary.

The SUBURBAN MFG380-6255AEB Door Access 4/6 Gal Flush Black features 6 gallons of holding capacity and a 0.48 gallon per flush. It is designed with a water level gage and accessible from the outside only to prevent tampering and accidental activation if dropped. The unit will hold up to 250 lbs of evenly distributed weight, and does not need to be secured to the floor if used on a flat surface.

DESCRIPTION: The SUBURBAN MFG 380-6255AEB Door Access 4/6 Gallon Flush Black Steel Gas Tank features a premium float level sight glass assembly & 3-5 gallon full flush cycle. The tank's installed compact construction design (just 2 inches wider than the toilet) is perfect for standard residential applications & will not protrude outside of the exterior wall.

The Suburban 4-6 Gal. Bulk Storage Flush Mount system features a single hinged lid to provide access to the interior and is constructed of 16 gauge steel. The system is available in black finish with an epoxy paintable top and is designed for use with our Suburban Waste Receptacle - 6 Gal., sold separately.

The SUBURBAN MFG380-6255AEB features a flush galvanized steel exterior with a high pressure laminates finish. A durable all welded, structural steel frame and rugged thermoplastic rubber wheels provide added strength and durability. The flush bottom door provides easy cleaning and an attractive appearance.

The Suburban MFG380S-6255WTBK 6 Gallon Flush Mount is a direct replacement for old, leaky tanks. This tank's large 1.7 gallon capacity flush hinge design allows complete rinse and waste of all the contents in one flush. It's flapper is not prone to sticking or breaking like most other flappers and includes an adjustable trip setting on the handle to prevent overflow due to accidently pressing the pedal down too much. The T-Last seat provides a lasting seal from liquids that usually wick across the top of the bowl. This kit includes a universal rough-in kit

The Suburban is a perfect fit for indoor and outdoor use for contractors, plumbers, and electricians. This unit includes a 7.0 HP motor and features a 4 gal tank with an (2) ¼" outlets.
