The SUBURBAN MFG380-6279APW Water Heater Door Advantage PW is constructed from corrosion resistant galvanized steel that provides durable protection. Stainless steel tubular heat exchanger with 3/4" gas connections and 4" pipe connections. Comes complete with installation instructions and a limited lifetime limited warranty. Note: A Water Heater Door Insert is required for installation.

This rugged door prevents door failure from thermal stress and is designed to give you dependable service over the life of your water heater.

The Suburban Propane Tankless Water Heater with Advantage PW features a factory installed Pressure/Temperature (P/T) Relief Valve. This valve is set to relieve at 135 PSIG to prevent possible damage to the water heater in the event of a system over-pressure situation from propane tank over-fill or other cause. This valve protects against an accumulation of excessive heat caused by an extended power outage, pilot outage or other conditions that would otherwise hold the water heater in a firing condition for an extended period.

Lightweight and hot-dip galvanized to help prevent rust, the Suburban 380-6279APW Water Heater Door is designed to fit most 40-50 gallon water heaters. The water heater door is capable of handling a wide variety of water heater applications. This 6279APW model includes a 4 bolt hinge and mounting plate for easy installation.
