These 4" x 10" variable-nib holder discs feature an advanced, super aggressive, hook and loop material that is tougher and stronger than the previous 3M discs. This application was developed for use in the cabinet door industry however it has been adapted for use with virtually any existing 3M brand roll stock pad. Four discs per package.

Affixing sandpaper to a rotary tool gives you the ability to quickly and efficiently sand or true hard-to-reach areas on a vehicle. 3M Roloc Surfacing Discs are designed for removing small imperfections, blended edges and minor scratches from bare metals and wood. The durable, blue-colored discs provide uniform pressure and a smooth finish without contaminating or gassing off.

Blue surf discs. For the user who needs a general purpose sanding surface on close-quarter areas, the blue discs are perfect. The 2" x 1/3" interlocking discs have 240 grit for smoothing or light-to-medium sanding applications. Because they are self-adhesive, there is no need to mask or tape the area you're working on. Buy 10 boxes and you'll receive them shrink wrapped into a convenient dispenser carton for storage and easy transport to your jobsite.

These premium quality discs make easy work of grinding off entire layers on top of cured paint, gel-coat and finishes, for a smooth finish. Use the coarse side for fast material removal and the fine grit for a perfect finish. They can also be used as Bonded Abrasive Grinding Wheels.

The 3M(TM) Roloc disc is a diamond abrasive that finishes non-ferrous metals (i.e., brass, copper, bronze), tool steel, heat-treated steels, hard and soft plastics, ceramics and fiberglass. Manufactured with aluminum oxide abrasive on a lightweight polyester bond backing material. These discs have an "R" designation for use with non-ferrous metals (e.g., sheet metal, brass) # ... where corrosion from the polishing process can be an issue.
