This TIP output 24V 1/2" X 1/2" Direct Hot Surface -240C/0.5A thermocouple is a replacement product for WH2100 series controllers.

The 24V 1/2" X 1/2" Direct Hot Surface thermopile sensor is designed to accurately sense temperature changes in process fluids or air streams. Sensors are proven, rugged and field proven for the toughest environments.

A direct hot surface ignitor with one-piece PTC offers rugged reliability and faster warm-up time. This mono-bloc unit has a no. 2 incandescent light for use during low-light conditions, and features a locking rocker switch to prevent accidental shutoff. 109364 can be used on all appliances that meet the 24V 1/2" X 1/2" requirement. This direct hot surface burner replaces the hot surface of discontinued heaters with the same mounting dimensions. It will fit any heater that uses 1/2" gas supply tubing such as model# AH192 and AH192A or model# AH632 and AH632A.
