The SWITCH, DEFROST for True replaces your broken or worn out switch and allows your True freezer to Defrost as expected.

Keep food fresher longer with SWITCH, DEFROST for True refrigerator replacement parts. Switches can be used to alternate cooling modes between fresh food mode and fresh food/meat mode. De-frost switches are used to select which of the two freezer drawers should be defrosted.

With True's new SWITCH, DEFROST you can now customize the functionality of your True fridge to meet your unique application needs. The SWITCH, DEFROST is available for all True 3 - 5cf refrigerators. Now Defrost is optional.

The SWITCH, DEFROST for True Model N28P-G (see drawing) is designed to de-ice the unit in the event of icing conditions. It is designed to go in line with the inlet water supply and will stop or reduce any freezing if the supply line freezes up. This switch is recommended for commercial use only."

Switch, Defrost for True is a Control Kit that is needed in order to defrost and control the temperature of True refrigeration products.

The Bird-B-Gone Switch, Defrost prevents migrating birds from returning after being frightened away by the fan noise. It works by interrupting the power to the fan when the lights are off. It is designed for use with Bird-X Ultra-Sonic Pest Repeller - 800514 , with part numbers beginning with 800518.

Switch defrosts automatically, so the True only takes the amount of time it needs to get your food ready. The SWITCH reads its surroundings and tells the True how much defrosting time to perform. And since your food freezes at different rates, you won't end up with partially frozen items. It's virtually foolproof.

Unlike other switches on split systems, Andersen 800316 has a light that indicates whether the gas valve is open or closed.
