DUAL TEMP DUAL PRESSURE THERMOSTAT

The (00) Johnson Controls 3541 Thermostat is a dual temperature, dual pressure, direct acting, reverse acting, snap action thermostat with 5-2/3" wide frame that operates two stage heat pumps or two stage air conditioning units. The thermostat has one suction fixed port and one supply adjustable port. This single junction type thermostat is recommended for residential applications.

Designed to work with 2 stage and 3 stage heating and cooling systems, this thermostat is compatible with air conditioning equipment up to 3500 watts input power. It can be installed either horizontally or vertically, and is designed for use with pool systems up to 400 gallons.

Our direct acting, reverse acting THERMOSTAT controls are designed for 5/8" thick vertical panels. The heat anticipator is factory set at 12°F. Selections include Dual Temperature, 15 & 20 PSIG pressure differential or 15 PSIG max Fire rated Firestop Models.

Use this thermometer to tap into the power of dual pressure control. An additional adjustable dial on top of the thermostat can be set for a secondary set point, opening a secondary zone while simultaneously heating the primary zone. Since it’s a direct acting thermostat, you can continue to trim your turkey while holding your gravy in a warm zone until ready to serve. Since it’s a reverse acting thermostat, you can create an entirely separate zone from the primary zone for warming tortillas or cooking potatoes. Use it on a steam table or for buffets on raw food or on cooked foods

The Johnson Controls 31PH-15NX-20 is a 15 psig, reverse acting thermostat with a 20 psig rated contacts. It has a 2/3" 4-wire line inlet and a 1-1/4" orifice. It has an adjustable T-connection for remote mount piping and a U-bracket option for panel mounting.

This direct acting, reverse acting thermostat has two overlapping ranges of control. The low-limit section permits operation down to 100°F. From 100°F to the 200°F range, the high-limit section comes into play. Above 200°F, both deflecting contacts are in series with each other and two coils.

Reverse acting and direct acting open and closed thermometers with a 15 psig and 20 psig dual pressure scale. The two scales give you the flexibility of setting instruments in both high/low pressure process piping as well as for ambient temperature. Ideal for pump discharge, condensate, expansion tank discharge, boiler water, or other process applications.
