This CMC wedge set includes two wedge shaped wedges that come in different degrees of bevel. These wedges can be used to increase the angle or rake of any part that is to be joined together. This will press the 2 pieces together and keep them secured and tight as they dry. This will assure a flush fit when finished which is crucial for a proper seal.
CMC performance wedges feature a wear resistant polyurethane tread pattern for maximum versatility. The studs are nickel plated to resist corrosion and are less than 1/4" tall to meet IMCS standards.
