Taco 004R Series Couplers include a custom-fit rubber insert. The part number for the rubber insert is Taco 1624-004RP; it fits in the 004, 006, and 008 Series couplers. The 1624 part number is also used for a complete set of 2 inserts. This set includes 1 insert and 1 cover for a total of two covers and two inserts in the box to replace broken or missing parts on your existing coupler.

Extra rubber inserts are available for the Model 4J coupler and can be used to fill less than full holes and spaces.
