A twin-wire remote actuator for controlling discharge air temperature on refrigeration and air conditioning coils. The unit contains an NTC thermistor in a waterproof housing, a junction box with indicator light, and a remote two-wire selector with integral 1/4" quick disconnect. Used to remotely control the discharge air temperature on refrigeration and air conditioning coils. Offers up to a 80-130F temperature range.

This multi-range discharge air temperature selector is designed to provide for the optimum discharge air temperature. It is placed in a position where it does not require adjustment during the normal operation of the unit, and can be easily set by rotating the selector knob. The discharge air temperature can be varied according to user requirements by rotating the selector knob, thereby preventing excessive heat losses during cool weather periods.

The Maxitrol TD121 Discharge Air Temperature Selector is used to operate a packaged air conditioning or heating system. It works by automatically switching to a higher set-point discharge temperature when cooling demand is high. It also switches back to the previous setting when demand is reduced and indoor supply air temperature is warm.
