Training Adapter Switch for Wireless & Corded Headsets

ZOOMSWITCH-TRAINER is an Audio Training Adapter Switch for Wireless and Corded Headsets. It works as a hands free conference phone, and hands free training switch for users. This ZOOMSWITCH-TRAINER Audio Adapter has 2 ports for connecting to your wireless headset system and an audio trainer adapter allowing you to have 2 audio sources sent to your headset, with the use of a standard corded handset.

ZOOMSWITCH is a high quality, low cost, modular training adapter switch for headsets & other telephone equipment. It allows the user to exercise control of any one plug-in device for training purposes.

ZOOMSWITCH-TRAINER allows integrators to add hands-free speakerphone training capability to a variety of wireless and corded headset models for use as a supervisor controller in a contact center environment. The main functions include On/Off hook, Volume Up/Down, and Mute. This module is designed around two MUTE push buttons with LED indicators. When used in conjunction with the ZOOMSWITCH-BASE, the ZOOMSWITCH-TRAINER acts like an On/Off switch for the base unit itself.

This adapter is used with the TRAINER corded headsets and wireless headsets. The adapter is used to train personnel that use ZOOM® switch office telephone products for hands-free communication when using this adapter.

The ZOOMSWITCH-TRAINER allows a user to switch between wireless and corded headset in less than a second. The ZoomSwitch-Trainer is used in conjunction with your phone or corded headset for conferencing or voice activated applications. No need for a table or cradle mount, the mirror mount attaches to any smooth surface.
