The Little Caesar for Crescor® digital controller is a two channel, direct digital connecting system that transfers cooking data from the oven controller to the Little Caesar® oven. The Little Caesar® controller allows you to select any combination of time/temperature ranging from 15 seconds at 500°F to 340 minutes at 450°F. The DDC-20 digital delay timer offers up to 30 minutes of delay time as well as adjustable start and stop options so you can precisely control when the oven comes on and when it goes off.
