Control the temperature of your oven by adding a potentiometer to your model Oven St-300 Zephaire 50E with a boil element.

Turn the potentiometer clockwise to increase the temperature and counter clockwise to decrease it. The temperature range is 250°F - 550°F. The ON/OFF control can be used to start heating or stop heating.
