The TEMPERATURE CONTROL 50616101 is required for proper operation of the Victory Ovens.

A unique rotary temperature control dial provides greater precision, allowing you to choose any one of 16 preset temperatures from 150° to 400° F (66° to 204° C), 3 more than the standard MES 30.

The Victory Series 50616101 Temperature Controller combines flexibility with ease of installation. The control is furnished with a push button overload reset switch, reset alarm, control status indicator lamp, low voltage actuation terminal, and manual reset circuit breaker.
