This Temperature Controller is a perfect addition to your food smoker or elevation boxes. It features an on/off switch with a 4" probe wire and can be set at a specific temperature within a range of 50-350 degrees F.

Temperature controller - Temperature accuracy is maintained through a stable cycling control loop. The temperature sensor response time and stability are both affected by the accuracy with which the sensor compares to, or "talks" to the output of the controller. In other words, if the "command" is 90 degrees and the actual temp is 72 degrees, there will be an error in how fast and hard the output will try to raise the actual temperatures to 90. A quality temperature controller has a very stable control loop (the feedback) which can talk back to 125% of speed to bring temperatures up quickly and hold them there.
