The Temperature Gauge attaches to the rear of the unit and is used to support the temperature probe when necessary. This long lasting TEMPERATURE GAUGE for Market Forge - Part# 10-9268 is a non-calibrated replacement gauge for commercial convection steam cooking equipment as listed in 10-12122 and 10-10811.

This is a REPLACEMENT TEMPERATURE GAUGE for Market Forge, this gauge replaces Part #10-9268, gauge diameter 5", range 50 to 1000F. Measures temperature within a heat chamber can be mounted in a pipe to measure the temperature of liquids or gases.

Part#10-9268 is a Temperature Gauge with 2" (51 millimeter) face. The temperature range for this instrument is 50-400°F (10-204°C), with a 0.5% accuracy. It has a 2 inch (51 millimeter) face and is packed 10 per case in poly bags. This Temperature Gauge comes with a 2" (51 millimeter) stem and mounting hardware.
