A kitchen must-have, this temperature probe is designed for use with your Southbend oven. It features an analog meter with a range of 180°-600°F, so you can monitor the temperature inside of your oven as you cook and adjust settings accordingly.

The Southbend Steel Kingsbridge gas grill features an exclusive gauging system with the Spirit E210 Temperature Probe, and will replace the OEM grills' temperature probe. The Southbend Grills' exclusive temperature gauge includes a quick disconnect to easily remove the temperature gauge for cleaning or replacement.

The ME700B allows you to quickly and accurately monitor the progress of a roast in your Southbend. The probe gives you a continuous readout of the internal temperature plus an alert when it reaches the selected temperature.

Place the temperature probe into your steamer while it is still on to monitor the internal temperature and automatically shut off the steam supply when your desired temperature is reached. One Temperature Probe included per package.

The temperature probe has a ½" diameter with a 6' cable. It is etched with the marking "CO" on one side, and "C" on the other. The probe is made of stainless steel and mounted on stainless steel brackets.
