This is a 72" THERMOCOUPLE for Vulcan, Sandwich Pro, & Pellet Grill Models
There are 2 thermocouple included with this part. The first is a standart thermocouple with 2' cable, 2" in diameter with 1/4" diameter probe. The second one has 4' cable and the same probe as the first one. Use the longer one for higher temperatures, the shorter for lower temperatures (up to 782°C - 1350°F).
The thermocouple is used in control panel to provide temperature indication and higher safety level.
The thermocouple is used in conjunction with a remote probe thermometer such as the Fisher #1210-00 or 1210-08. The probe attaches to the thermocouple connector to provide a temperature reading which can be read and recorded by the controller.
Protect the outside of the thermocouple from contamination.
