THERMOMETER
Our brand new ALTO THERMOMETER has a large, easy-to-read display, and comes with a U-CLAMP that can be attached to any form of cooking equipment.
Thermometer is the only inexpensive tool that will measure the surface temperature of a moving fluid. It has a 2" stem with a U-clamp connector and 1/2" NPT male threads for attachment to all standard stock tanks. It's easy to read the temperature from across the shop and increases measurement speeds by reducing the amount of time you spend walking down the line.
The Thru-Wall °F/°C Thermometer is sometimes called a Thru-Wall Fridge/Freezer Thermometer. For more flexibility, the protective lens cap can be left on while the thermometer is in use. This Type F with U-Clamp Thermometer indicates temperature from -20 to 220°F and has a measurement range of 20 to 220°C.
An FDA approved thermometer for cooking and food preparation in commercial kitchens, restaurants, buffets and cafeterias. This infrared thermometer detects both the surface temperature of an object as well as the food temperature inside a piece of meat. Three segment bright red LED indicates low (below freezing), medium (at normal range), or high (above normal temperature) food. Measures from 0 to 220°F / -18 to 100°C with an accuracy of ±1° (2% FS). CE
This rugged stainless steel surface thermometer features a built-in U-clamp for easy mounting on all types of pipes, tanks and equipment. The double scale is graduated in both Fahrenheit and Celsius and the face is protected by a gasketed glass cover.
