The THERMOPILE is a device designed to be added to your Royal Range fireplace during installation or at any time after installation. The purpose of the THERMOPILE is to provide the Unit with excess heat from a woodstove, gas fireplace, or any other heating device that produces a high level of infrared energy.

Create a restaurant style meal for your family with the Royal Range THERMOPILE. This built-in cooking system allows you to broil a wide variety of meats, seafood and vegetables to perfection. It also comes equipped with 15,000 BTUs, a numerically controlled oven and timer, and an auto ignition that monitors the flame.

The Thermople for Royal ranges use one thermopile per burner. The thermopile must be installed in the correct position in order to read accurately. We recommend having it installed by a technician or qualified gasfitter.

The Thermophile for Royal Range is a patented, innovative and revolutionary wire-mesh waffle that melts on top of several Royal Range models. The innovative design of this waffle allows for even distribution of heat, reducing the risk of hot spots, helping food to cook more evenly. The reduced surface area also helps reduce cooking time, while its natural infused flavour enhances the taste of any product.

The unique THERMOPILE® energization system is designed to provide fast, uniform and controlled cooking through its three layers of infrared heating elements. A common mistake in many infrared radiant systems is incomplete grilling at the rear of the cooking chamber which can result in uneven cooking and poor presentation. The design of this unique THERMOPILE® element not only eliminates the inefficiency in the rear zone but also provides uniform and rapid heating which in turn reduces cooking time and reduces flare-ups due to excess grease build-up.

This meshed stainless steel heat exchanger is designed to fit into the ductwork underneath the cooktop on select Royal Range models. The patented design draws hot air discharged by the burner directly into your cooking area, works quietly and will never need cleaning. This product is compatible with most conventional gas burners and grill models.

The Thermocouple is a critical component of the Royal Range. It improves the control and accuracy of cooking temperatures. Also, it will ensure you obtain optimum performance from your Royal Range.

A friend of mine said to me, "Thermopile, that's an unusual name." To that I say, "Uncommon results are what you get with a Thermopile-powered stove!" Which is sort of true, actually.

These 2 x 2 x 3/8" galvanized steel floor-mounted standing seam roof vents have a flange depth of 1-5/16" and a frame depth of 1-1/8". They come with a #16 finish.
