A single pole thermostat with a built-in mechanical plastic temperature control switch. The part becomes energized when the adjustment knob is rotated to the right to open the contacts of the switch. When this occurs, and if the part is installed on an electrical device, power will be applied to the device's heating element. Voltage rating - 120 VAC at 15 amp Max.

Temperature can be set with a dial control that regulates the fan and heat output. The ignition switch has to be turned on to allow the thermostat to operate.
