The F11470 timer thermostat is for use with BLODGETT Pizza Ovens. It measures the temperature of the oven and controls the on/off cycles of the Bake Burner(s).  It has a delay time of approximately 10 minutes.

The F11470 Thermostat is a bulb type thermostat with 120V, 50/60Hz UL recognized components, designed to suit the requirements of commercial cooking equipment. That means it is safe and dependable for professional use.

This part is a small, lightweight thermostat for commercial grade broilers. The thermostat can monitor temperatures up to 650 degrees F. This part is a direct replacement for part number 712167H001, which is no longer available, or any other equivalent part. The dimensions are 2 inches by 1-1/4 inches by 1-1/2 inches.
